    Usually it's "I'm too tired."
    My answer: Just put on the shoes. If I can talk myself into getting changed into my workout clothes then I'm fine. And "Just put on the shoes" sounds better than "Just change your clothes." lol

    There are no valid 'excuses' only valid 'reasons'...

    Excuse: "I'm tired."

    Reason: "I tore my bicep tendon."

    See the difference?

    An excuse is you talking yourself out of doing something, a reason is something that prevents you from doing.
