Usually it's "I'm too tired."
My answer: Just put on the shoes. If I can talk myself into getting changed into my workout clothes then I'm fine. And "Just put on the shoes" sounds better than "Just change your clothes." lol0 -
Not enough time. Honestly, I have not figured out a way to make more time0

There are no valid 'excuses' only valid 'reasons'...
Excuse: "I'm tired."
Reason: "I tore my bicep tendon."
See the difference?
An excuse is you talking yourself out of doing something, a reason is something that prevents you from doing.0
