Hi guys! i just wanted to discuss my New Year's weight resolutions with you guys and see if you had any as well!
1.get rid of that awful mirror
2. start using fitness pal again
3. don't eat for fun
4. get work done so not always stressed about not having it done
5. drink more water
6. limit grape juice consumption to two glasses per day
7. stop eating so much chocolate, cheese-its, and ridiculous amounts of waffles and cereal
8. eat vegetables twice a day
9. buy a water filter so water doesn't taste like it came from the toilet
10. start using carrot app again
11. wear more fitness clothing
12. stop piling excessive amounts of unnecessary sugar into diet
13. actually do an ab work out
14. stop being so damn emotional and turning to food
15. writing more on these fitness forums
16. fix back
17. take a two month break from Netflix and Youtube and Yik Yak and Facebook and Instagram (I've already watched everything netflix)
18. get rid of the computer for a while
19. distance yourself from phone
20. focus on the important things
21. sleep 8 hours on weekend instead of 14 hours lol
22. keep house clean
23. people don't like you: *kitten* them
24. get away from the house more
25. burn down a few unhealthy bridges

what are some of your 2015 weight resolutions?

    Feck...that's a whole lot of resolutions

    Mine is continue to weigh and log my food and master pull-ups

    I don't have an Instagram and this is the first I've heard of Yik Yak. Those sound awesome. :) Me...

    Run a full 5K, even if it's not official. Just do it.

    Get rid of some landscaping, get stuff I like better, do it myself instead of paying people. Too may years of indecision there, lol.

    Practice not focusing on my weight and body and get ready to live like a thin person, without the obsessiveness. Scary.

    Visit my father's grave. I need to get over myself and go do that.
