just ate lots of sugar

need to stay more on track . i am a victim of sugary drinks and chocolate. its so hard to stay away because i didnt buy it so i cant get rid of it. how do you stay away from food if its always there... how can i keep on going? by the way i live with other people if thats not obvious

    A little sugar isn't going to kill your progress. I'm not as sweet a holic, but I like to dabble. I always pick a bit at night or during the holidays, or what people have given me. If you have no will power, either find a way to have it out of your sight or get stronger.

    I could not stay away...and I'd find a way to remove myself from that situation ASAP.
    Others may be stronger; maybe you are.
    I'd need to move out.

    LOG everything in! When you run out of calories, stop eating. I find swiss miss sugar free cocoa helps with a chocolate fix. I fix it with water and add a few tablespoons of half/half. Good luck. You CAN do this. YOU ARE WORTH IT.
