difference between treadmill and walking?
ok. if i go into the database under treadmill, it only takes into account your weight and how long you were on..not that pace. so lets say i do it for 60 min..i burned 538 calories. BUT if you put it under walking- at a 3.5 pace..which is the same pace i did on the treadmill...i only burned 200 and something calories.…

i just got a treadmill...and according to the treadmill..i burned 100 calories in 15 min. (i put in my weight) On this site- walking in the database, at the same speed only gave me 58 calories burned and the treadmill ergometer ( dont know if thats the sam ething) gave me 137 calories burned.. which is true..and do u log…
