Hi everyone! I'm in the process of purchasing a new home, which means my cabinets are at a clean slate! I am soooooo happy about this because I can fill them with all the good stuff I have been working towards. Can you give me an idea of all the staple items I should have for everyday cooking as well as baking?

calories on weight training
HI Everyone, Over the past three weeks, i have been hitting the gym at least 3 times a week weight training. Various machines ranging between 25-30 pounds 3 reps of 15. How would i calculate the calories on this? I want to make sure i am eating the right amount for what im working? Any help would be greatly appricaited.…

My 11 year old Son & the gym
So my husband has been dieing to take my son to the gym with us. We clearly are so unsure if it is ok becuase he is 11 - BUT he is a 5'4 125 lb 11 year old. My husband is going to clear it with the doctor, but he thought getting opinions on here would be good too. Thoughts all around??
