Have no clue - 1200 calories a day?

Hi Guys,

When i first started logging back on to track it was around May 21st. I decided i was going to go with a 1200 calorie count diet. I have been doing some strength exercises and got to zumba between 1-3 times a week. I have a noticable apparence change that i am happy with.

Do you think i should bump up my calorie intake? I am not sure i am eating enough? Plus i go over my protein by at least 10mg a day and my sugars always becuase of the fruit i eat.

I do not know how this works...... any help??
