Do you guys really count the fruit into your carb & sugar intake?
How do you guys gage this? My carbs are crazy today becuase of Strawberries, Banana and watermelon.... And so are my sugars.

They do affect your total carbs. But I would just ignore the sugar.0

yep I do - but I know if I am carb/sugar heavy (no matter what the source) that affects my body so I do watch my fruit (and higher carb veggie) intake on a daily basis...0
