Low sugar meal ideas??
Hey all. So this week I decided to switch my sodium intake to track my sugar intake since I've been managing my sodium well. My limit is 30g. Any ideas for low sugar meals? I eat lots of fruits and fruit smoothies with no added sugar. Today I went over my sugar by 28g. Any advice? Thanks!

Brown Rice w/ salt?

Exited the 200lbs zone!
Just want to share that I lost 4 pounds last week and I'm no longer a 200 pounder!!! :) I feel so proud....many thanks to MyFitnessPal!! So since Feb 2011 that totals 47 pounds that I lost and 8 since I joined MyFitnessPal! :) If I can do it, so can you!
