Finished Day 5- Bad shin pain:(
I finished day 5 last night and my shins were hurting so bad from the jumping that I was on the ground in tears by the end. Anyone else having this? I am not going to give up though;) Instead of the jumping exercises, I will just do the punches to keep my HR up.

Keep wanting to binge at dinner- HELP
