How to eat back exercise calories if...

I am at my max on carbs, sodium, fat, and cholesterol? I would like to eat back at least half of my exercise calories as others have said on here is a good idea to do. I would like to have my net at least 1200 calories after exercise. But on a day like today, my net is at 1031 but I am at my max on everything but calories. In fact. most days are like that. My sodium is low and not allowed to go over 1500mg which makes it hard. What do you do in this case?
