How long does it take the Fitbit to link with MFP?

I used my Fitbit for the first time today and placed it in the base. It is already linked to my MFP account but has been 10 minutes and is still not transferring my exercise data. What do I do?

    If you are anxiously awaiting it to sync it will take hours. But normally around 5 minutes or so. At least that's how it works for me anyway. Also it first has to get enough exercise calories to get over the amount MFP already has factored in for you. So early in the day it probably won't add anything, but later in the day as you earn more and more calories it will sync over if you have been active enough.
