? for those who did 30 DS

I am going on a cruise exactly 3 weeks from today. I would really like to tone up some before I go. I am walking everyday and will continue to exercise even when on board but my question is, will doing the 30 DS for 3 weeks give me any improvement or is it a waste of time?

Definitely! I started seeing improvement about halfway through. I have some pics of my progress in My Recent Forum Posts on my profile. I just responded earlier to a 30 DS results thread. Have fun on your cruise!0
