How/when do you log your meals?
I started out logging what I eat as I eat it, but then I found that I was running out of calories well before dinner and I ate poorly. So I've decided to plan my meals ahead of time and put them in my diary in the morning and only eat what I put in. Does anyone else do this? Is it effective?

I just started working out daily about 5 days ago. I outdid myself and worked out pretty intensely for an hour the first day, 45 minutes the 2nd and 30 minutes the third. Would it be healthy to lose a dress size in a month?
I'm not sure how much weight I'd have to lose, but I have a formal dinner coming up in March and I the dress I want to order only comes in size 12 and smaller. I'm a 14. Need help creating a "menu"
I've been trying to make a weekly menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner for myself and dinner for the hubs and toddler. I don't want to have to make myself a separate meal for myself when it comes to dinner, so I want to make something a picky 2-1/2 year old will eat.

How do heart rate monitors work?

This site is really making me see how poorly I eat. I'm embarassed by my diary yesterday. I stayed within my calories, but I had way too many carbs and way too much sodium. I know it's a slow change, but I need to work on that.
