How do I make a signature?

Just wondering how I put my weightloss tracker on all my posts. Thanks for the help!

    Above your post it says settings, click on there and it will let you put your tracker on it. Signatures were taken off the site though. You can only put your tracker on it now.

    It had gotten to the point that many posts had signatures that were too large,,, with too many badges (picutres from challenges), goals, and more,, Many times, there was about 6 posts to one page. so they killed it.
