Has anyone used things Like Nutrisystem or Alli ? I know it's better to do it on your own but I'm having a hard time not craving crap and eating everything in sight. I just want to know if anyone has had any success with either of them.

nutrisystem and Alli are completely different things.
Alli works by making any fat you eat come out of your butt (well, that's the gist of it) causing anal leakage and other lovely phenomena that in my opinion are far worse than being overweight.
Nutrisystem is a diet in which you mail-order certain foods to eat all day every day. I've had some of these foods and most of them are pretty gross.
Either way, you're not learning how to eat so that you can stay fit for the rest of your life. You're not going to want to eat Nutrisystem food or have anal leakage forever, are you?
Try it the old fashioned way and if you stick with it, you'll see results not just in the next 30 days (because you WILL still see results), but for the rest of your time on this planet!!0 -

I used those two as examples of the kind of help I was thinking of-nothing too extreme like crash diets, but something that will give Me the kick start I need. Well, I won't be taking Alli then, that's for sure part of my problem is that I work in retail and don't have a set schedule0 -

My advice is still going to be the same. "Nothing too extreme" is a great motto! Just give yourself a caloric deficit of 500 calories a day in order to lose one pound a week (1000 to lose 2 per week, but I don't recommend it unless you are obese). Exercise 3-6 times a week. Watch your intake of sodium and refined sugar (as they can cause cravings). Get plenty of fruit and vegetables and lean proteins. Drink plenty of water and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.0 -
You can do it without the expensive additions! Your diary entry for today has lots of carbs in it. For many people, eating more fat and protein and fewer, more complex carbs is the key to curbing hunger. Also, make sure you eat your full calorie recommendation. You do not need to eat less than what MFP recommends to lose weight, and the extra food will help you to feel fuller longer.
Unhealthy cravings are a nasty demon to conquer, but it is not nearly so bad once you find an eating strategy that is harmonious with your body.0 -
