So i was wondering how many people input their calories burnt by weight training. I know that I take several breaks during my reps so I haven't been putting anything in since I started cause I think they aren't took correct and well I do not have a HRM. Thanks.

are these healthy percentages for weight loss? also it is okay to increase fiber to 20g a day? in addition i also reduced my sodium from 2500 to 1500 bc i felt that it was bloating me up. thanks :smile:
