hey everyone, i'm very new to the myfitnesspal as i just started june 1. surprisingly i have already lost 1lb in 2 days... but we'll see how well that works though. although i am quite young, being at college caused me to gain some unwanted weight, so i decided to get back to a healthy weight with this site.
i'm seeking out some nice cheap and fast recipes, seeing how i am a college student i don't have much money and i seek instant gratification...

    Welcome! I gained weight in college too! You'll do fine just keep your goal in mind. I have cheap recipes at home I'll post later for you. Easy and cheap yet healthy!
