30 day shred help

Hey guys,

So I recently started using 30DS and I have a question. I know that the circuits equal out to be only 18 minutes, however how many minutes are people logging?

    Actually it's more like 28 minutes.

    I usually log it as 30 but that's because I have a HRM and don't rely on MFP to calculate my burn. I would put 25 mins in there to be on the safe side, if you don't have a HRM.
  • I log 27 minutes. I think that's the total including warm-up and cool-down.

    I do about 20, I generally see people log 20 or 25. Especially since there's a minute at the start where she's just talking, then there's the warm-up and cool-down, I just don't count those. I don't rely on MFP being 100% accurate, so I prefer to be conservative.

    I log it as 20 minutes.

    the warm up + cool down + circuits = 20 minutes

    I start my heart rate monitor when I start the warm-up and stop it when I finish the cooldown and log the entire thing. Its about 28 minutes all together.
