strength calories

So i was wondering how many people input their calories burnt by weight training. I know that I take several breaks during my reps so I haven't been putting anything in since I started cause I think they aren't took correct and well I do not have a HRM.

    I just started doing strength training. When I am resting I am doing some kind of cardio....whether it be jumping jacks or just walking around. I also have a bodybugg that tells me how many caloires I have burned so I count them.

    I have a hrm and I just subtract my bmr from the total for a more accurate estimate.

    I count all my exercise calories, no matter how large or small that number is. I personally love food, and the more I workout, the more I am allowed to eat, lol.
