I've been feeling dizzy...
I've been feeling somewhat dizzy the last few days.. I'm 5'4, 151 lbs currently, 1420 calories a day.. Is what I'm eating sufficient, I would think so, but for some reason I've been feeling slighty dizzy, not too bad, but enough for me to wonder... (diary is open) Thanks in advance.

Whilst someone else had the topic of pooping.. I figured I'd ask this question.. lol I drink about 3-4 litres of water a day.. is it normal to pee 8-10 times in a day? *** some days it feels like more.. but I'm not obsessive enough to count lol..

PICTURES of large portions of food...
.. that don't derive from the recipe and calorie intake that is displayed. I wish that on all those healthy/low calorie food sites, when they post the picture of the food you're about to make, that it would actually display the portion size you would get for that "300 calorie meal".... instead of the 3 to 4 portion size…

Never Enough Protein :(
I try to eat 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fat. I'm almost always at about 30% protein, 50% carbs, 20% fat. It's so hard to eat that much protein, thinking I might just buy protein powder. been feeling like a rabbit lately... anyone else?
