PICTURES of large portions of food...

.. that don't derive from the recipe and calorie intake that is displayed.



I wish that on all those healthy/low calorie food sites, when they post the picture of the food you're about to make, that it would actually display the portion size you would get for that "300 calorie meal".... instead of the 3 to 4 portion size that it looks like. Grrrrr.. lol

I'm thinking to myself, "wow that looks delicious and filling for just 300 calories?!" Then.... once you make it, tada.. a couple of spoon fulls and you're done. :grumble:
