tough call. macros of tomorrows is better (more protein)

i'd say ditch the apple in todays and replace with a full scoop of protein :)

edited to add: also i would take out the honey unless its a post workout meal. i voted today because its less processed than tomorrows. both look good though. could try what i had today!

    1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp psyllium husk (for fiber and fullness *optional*)
    1 TBSP almond butter
    1 scoop protein
    5 strawberries

    mmm

Do you have high blood pressure? Otherwise, there's no reason to worry about sodium.

I would say todays because it has less sodium and fat. The carbs and sugars are alright because you have the rest of the day to burn them off or if you have already done your work out your metabolism is at its highest.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with her fat intake for the other breakfast...and I mean NOTHING. Dietary fat does not contribute to bodyfat.
