just with the typical ingredients that most people suggest

oats
greek yogurt
chia seeds
almond milk (unsweetened)

what would be the fat/carbs/sugar/protein etc content?

Thanks in advance for your response, sorry if it's been said/asked earlier.

Your best bet is to enter each of the ingredients separately. Or use the recipe or meal create tool.

These are the macros for mine. I use 0.25 c oats, 0.25 c greek plain yogurt, 0.25 c unsweetened almond milk, a touch of truvia, and in the morning I add 0.5 c berries and 1 T almonds (ps these macros include my vitamins as well so they might be a little off):

Hard to say without amounts for the oats and the greek yogurt - also, is it no fat greek yogurt or regular?

I'd enter them separately into MFP then set them as one of your saved meals for quick future access. Also, what kind of oats do you use for this? I want to try but I have Quaker Quick Oats... Do they work?

I agree - play around putting them into MFP before you buy anything, and that way you can design your oatmeal to do what you need it to without making any mistakes at the supermarket.

I don't make overnite oatmeal, but I put oatmeal into my protein shakes. I use McCann's Quick Cooking Irish Oatmeal, and it's fantastic.

Nah, you don't want the quick oats. Get old fashioned, or for a more textured experience, you can use steel cut.

They work OK, but they come out mushier when you leave them overnight. I prefer to use "Old Fashioned" oats, they seem to have a better texture after the overnight refrigerating.

However, I do occasionally mix up a batch with instant oatmeal for the "I want fridge oatmeal NOW" moments, and it comes out OK as long as it is eaten relatively quickly.

Like almost everyone else here, I simply made a batch and entered the ingredients into a meal one day, then used the quick tools to "save this meal" and called it "fridge oatmeal".

You could use a recipe, but I like to play with the fixins I throw in, so I added all the fixins I thought I'd ever use (cocoa powder, molasses, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, etc etc). I copy the meal in to breakfast, then delete out the fixins I did not use.

My recipe is very simple - half old fashioned oats, and half yogur, then add fixins (usually a teaspoon or tablespoon of each)t. Sometimes I'll rinse out the measuring bowl with a touch of water and add that if I know I'm going to want a creamier consistency, but I usually prefer mine really thick.
