Nevermind that title.. lol..

Anyways, so I figured out my lean body mass to calculate my protein intake which states 106 g. Now I'm wondering what my fat intake should be per day? How do you figure that out?

And thennnn.. how do you change your diary to customize to your actual intake per day?

    I have no idea how to figure out the fat intake but for changing your macros go into goals and select "change goals" and then go in and select "manually change goals" and this will allow you to update your macro intakes
