How much weight can you lift in Zottman curls?
I feel so weak only being able to do 20lbs, but I'm dying by the 7th rep (I do up to 8). I definitely think regular bicep curls are easier at a higher weight than Zottman's are. How much weight can you handle with that exercise? Is it easier sitting down? I do mine standing up.

How much time do *you* rest between sets??
I know the standard is 60 seconds, but I rest 45. Does that mean I'm not lifting enough? I feel super tired and drained after my 8 reps, and not quite ready after 45 seconds, but I do it anyway to push myself (and save a little time, hehe). Do you count/log your warm ups and cool downs?
This is more of a poll; I'm not trying to get people's opinions. As for me, I do roughly 10 minutes of a warm up and about 6-7 minutes of a cool down, and no, I do not use my HRM for it. I only use it for the actual work out. How about you?
