tried almond milk for the first time today...
and I have to say it was pretty gross :( I was expecting it to be better because of how popular it is... but I couldn't bring myself to get past just the first sip unfortunately... think I'm sticking with regular good old fashioned milk :)

lifting bragging rights?
At what point do you consider bragging rights for the basic lifts like squats, overhead press, bent over rows, deadlifts, and bench? Just curious because I'm still in the beginning of my lifting routine but want to know (besides the whole making progress against myself) what would be considered bragging rights? :)

14 bean chili (no meat)
Super easy budget friendly low cal chili that cooks while your at the gym... and is insanely filling lol and cost about 6 dollars for the whole batch... arms got bigger from lifting :/
well.. I guess a necessary evil of lifting before you've lost weight... my arms are getting bigger :/ but yet the only time you can see any definition is when I flex so it just looks like my arms got bigger :/ sooo now I wait for the fat to slowly melt away revealing my new arms underneath :/

At my gym they have two kinds of racks, one has a slider thing that prevents you from falling backwards, and the other is just a basic rack... Is it ok to use the slider one?
