If I had them before will I have them after?

So when I was younger, I was thin, and in pretty good shape... I've always had reasonably big boobs and butt (ugh can't believe I'm talking about my boobs and butt on here) :blushing: but anyways, will I lose them once I lose weight? Or will they just be like before? Did I screw them over when I got heavy? And now they'll disapear like the rest of me will?

I went downtown band sizes, but maybe about 1/2 a cup size after a 45 pound loss. It all depends. If you had them when you were thin in the past, you'll likely keep them, although you might lose a bit. Heavy benching helped me perk them up a bit. Heavy squats helped me keep my butt lifted as well.0

thanks I'm starting at the Y sometime this week so hopefully that will help0

Hard to tell. Some do some don't. I work hard to keep my butt looking nice, but my boobs disappeared. I had C's when skinny, got fat and had D's, now I'm between A and B.0

I lost my boobs - but never had big ones as a teen either (before I really got fat). SO, maybe they will stay since you had them before you gained weight...0

^that. Boobs are comprised of fat and breast tissue. So your size will depend on your personal ratio of fat/tissue. A big component of cup size is actually your underbust measurement (which drives your band size). I actually went UP a cup size (38B to 34C) but down two band sizes when I lost 50 pounds a couple of years ago...although my boobs themselves were a bit smaller.0 -
44 FF to 38GG so definitely decrease in band size less so cup size so far.0
