my ticker isn't updating :(

I logged an updated weight and my ticker didn't update :sad: does anyone know how to fix it?

    What worked for me was taking the weight out and putting it back in. If that doesn't work, in "search" look for "ticker problem" and I think there are other explanations.

    Yes in the technical support/help forum there are many posts on it from recently when they were having issues. Hopefully one of those can address and solve your issue :)

    That's frustrating. Mine has done that a couple of times. I usually just remove the ticker and add it back.
