Dropping numbers on the scale at a nice rate? check. Losing inches off my waist? Check. Seeing a new shape start to form in the mirror? check. having extra energy and feeling great? check. All good things
but then theres that other way to know I've lost some weight... not one I'm very happy with, but I guess its going to be inevitable I feel softer :frown: yep softer and looser skin is starting to lose its filling, which is a good thing, but when I think of losing my weight I think I would rather feel things get harder rather than softer But hey, at least I'll still be my kids cuddily soft mama

Well done! You might find that the skin bounces back over time.0

thank you I haven't lost a ton, but its enough to see a difference... most of the skin I have is from having 4 children... I had stretch marks so bad they bled I'm honestly expecting it to not really bounce back... at least not my lower tummy0
