FINALLY

I want nice arms
I see women (many of them here on MFP) with lovely , well defined arms and that is my goal. So I am reducing my calories for an over all fat loss. But, I need some exercises. Part of my problem is that I have degernerative disks in my neck and I can have trouble with weights. Please help! Kristine

My new favorite exercise
is the plank! Wow! I am doing a challenge with some fine MFP folks and one of our first challenges was the plank. Hold it for as long as you can. Needing a little support
Actually, I need a lot today! Being awake at 3 am has just got to STOP! I find it so hard to stick with my program when I am so tired. I packed my healthy on target lunch and I brought no change to work (I can't get to the vending machine). I feel like crying I am so tired. Kristine

I have read a lot that the MFP nember for people is low. Ok, how low, how do I figure this out? 40%carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. I understand that. Just how do I translate that into grams? Anyone? Feelig a little lost and alone on this one. Kristine
