Most of the websites I've visited say to eat lots of veggies and fruit. They also say to reduce sugar intake. But, fruit has a significant amount of sugar. I have a very wide foot. The widest part measures 4". I am right between a 7 WIDE (3.81") and a 7 EXTRA WIDE (4.19"). Which to choose? I'm inclined to get the extra wide. How often do you recalculate your BMR and TDEE?
I finally did the calculations today and realized that as I go down in weight, I'll have to recalculate. I'm assuming that a five pound weight loss won't make a significant difference in the numbers, so do you wait till you've lost ten or more pounds before recalculating the formula? TIA

30DS Fail.
I didn't realize how badly out of shape I am. I lasted ten minutes into the video. And I gave 100% for those ten minutes giving myself pep talks the whole time. <sad font> I'm going to keep trying though and making myself do it for a little longer each time. Ugh, I'm so frustrated.
