                    Hey guys,
I won't drag this out, since it is only a progress pic.
First pic was taken Summer 2011
Second pic was taken yesterday
Started out low carbing, then switched to a balanced diet within 1200-1700 calories. April 23 2012, I started Insanity and finished in 68 days. With that program I lost 12.5 pounds and 22.5 inches. I also drank Shakeology, whey protein, and took a multi vitamin and fish oil supplement. No magic tricks. Just patience and dedication. Thanks for looking!

Thanks! I want to be in a size 2, which is not small at all for my height. I also want to lose most (if not all) of my arm flab and outer thigh flab. I also really want to have a six pack, mostly to prove to myself and others that I can have defined abs after pregnancy As far as weight, 115 ish is what I'm aiming for. 0 As far as weight, 115 ish is what I'm aiming for. 0
