Benefits of Protein Powder
Am considering purchasing some protein powder to add to smoothies. Not really educated on this, so what exactly are the benefits, and which one is a good one for a woman to use?

I am such a FAST eater
I wish I could slow down, then maybe my stomach would know it was full.
