Starting 3rd week of MFP

I have done well for the most part. I have had a few days of eating things I shouldnt, and I have drank more than I know I should..however I am NOT looking to be on a diet for the rest of my life. . Every time I go that route, I fail because I feel so deprived and then go crazy. I want to be able to still have a glass or two of wine, and something good or sinful to eat from time to time, if I so desire.

My scale has gone up and down, up and down, within a few lbs... And I know I should really stop weighing myself every day, as it fluctuates, and that is noraml due to fluid retention.

My measurements have went down just a teeny bit, but man my clothes sure are seeming to fit a little better.
