Has anyone tried these? I LOVE pasta, and was considering trying to find some of these in my store to try.

Would love to find out more as well. I know hungry girl used to push them really hard. Curious if they are actually good or not.

Shirataki with Tofu Noodles you mean? Not sure if there's a difference as I'm not familiar with tofu noodles.

I've had the shirataki noodles with tofu and their consistency is a little strange (chewy, almost like muscles) but they fit in with the flavors around them and fill you up. I've heard if you bake them for a few minutes their consistency will become more like noodles, but I haven't tried that. They smell fishy when you open them, but after rinsing and cooking them they'll taste fine.

At only 40 calories for a package I can deal with a strange consistency. :) You can try putting a little regular pasta in as well, which I've done and helps with the meal in general.

    Hope you like them!

I had have them. Texture and taste are different. I am not a fan of them as a substitution for pasta, but I like them in Asian noodle soup.

the tofu shirataki noodles are a bit ramen-y in my opinion, and for the price.. might as well eat spaghetti squash!
