What kinds of foods are you guys eating because I am usually good in every other category except Carbs!? I'm always way under too, around 100.

Certain songs trigger urge to smoke?
I am listening to music while writing a paper for my class, and a certain song came on and I had the urge to go smoke. Today is only the first day that I have not picked up a cig. I haven't had the urge all day until now. Has anyone had songs that gave them the urge to smoke?

Just excercised for the first time in months
I feel pathetic. I am 19 years old and I just exercised for the first time in over a year. I felt like death. How did anyone overcome this inital feeling?

Emotional eating!!!!!

Ok, last year i did a diet and cut out all bread, junk food, pasta and potatoes, and i lost alot of weight and then in the summer i gained it all back and now i am at it again and i decied to eat bread pasta and potatoes, and can't seem to lose any weight, so i am thinking about cutting out bread pasta and potatoes again…

How can you guys drink 8 cups of water in a day???
I try and try to drink as much water as possible but at the end of the day i always drink about 4-5 cups.I am just never thirsty enough...how can i make myself thirstier or make myself drink enough water??

How can i get my mom motivated enough to start dieting?
She has noticed how much weight i have lost in the last few weeks, and she keeps saying she is going to start her diet on monday and never does, and then on the weekends she always drinks. I tell her to keep trying and not drink, but i cant seem t get her motivated enough to start. HELP!!!!
