Can I lose more than 1.3 pounds/wk?
I tried to change my goals--I have an event in 8 weeks and really want to lose 16 pounds by then, but MFP won't let me get below 1.3 pounds/wk. This is with exercising an hour every day of the week--any suggestions??

so much sodium in cereal!
I just added sodium to my tracked items in my food diary and was shocked to see I only have a few hundred mgs left for dinner. The only difference between yesterday & today is that I had organic oatmeal for bfast yesterday and some honey nut cereal today. I had no idea there was that much sodium in cereal.

alternative to quinoa
I made a really nice quinoa/veg/craisins meal for lunch this week, but I'm out of quinoa and a little bored of it, so I'm looking for a similar replacement. Needs to be high in protein and fiber. I don't think brown rice would be as filling of a grain. Any other ideas?

gained 3lbs in one day
