I want to clone yesterday!

Do you ever have that 'perfect' day when cals, exercise, sodium, etc everything come together? Some days 1200-1300 calories can feel like soooo much food, and others it's barely breakfast & lunch. Anyway everything came together perfectly yesterday and I seriously want to copy everything I did! I'm scared to deviate. The scale was finally down. And now it's almost the wkend which is the hardest time to keep on track.

    You know what you need to do to keep the calorie count at roughly the same amount. You don't need to duplicate as each day is different and exercise and foods choices change. Just stay the course. You can do it!
