Fitness trackers?
I recently started walking a few miles a day (I think), and now my android app that tracked it is being unreliable and no longer working. I get extra time to walk in wherever I can and was wondering what you MFP users recommend for the best fitness trackers/pedometers?

I have been tinkering around with the idea of buying a Fitbit, but wanted to get some real life reviews. Trying to decide between the Fitbit Ultra, or the Fitbit Zip. Anyone?

30 day Shred questions (pt 2)
Okay, so I got my 30DS in the mail. It is INTENSE! More intense than an hour spent at the gym! Anyways, I know that its good to take a day off once a week, but am I supposed to take a day of rest with this program?

Sugar Intake
On my food diary, it allows me only 28 g of sugar a day. Dang! I ate most of that during breakfast from a healthy bowl of Kashi cereal, light soy milk, and 1/2 a grapefruit! I am watching what I eat and I tend to stay under my calories each day (on a non-holiday..) but I don't see how I am going to stay under my sugar…

So, I drink nothing but water all the time. Soda no longer has any appeal to me. Sometimes though, water becomes almost impossible to drink, and thats when I turn to Crystal Light.
