I did weights on yesterday. However, I am still having some serious issues with my foot. I plan on going to the doctor. I am hoping that I didn't injure myself. Hopefully, I just need some more running shoes. I think my old ones are worn. I have had them for a few years now. It's time--I think--to get new ones. Keep going…

Ugggh..lol Today, my foot is so sore and swollen, but believe me I will do some sort of exercise. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's so sore that I need to use a crutch to walk. I plan on doing some weights today for 20 minutes. Have a great day all and I'm hoping my feet are better. Keep moving all!
