Back at this tomorrow
OK, so I have NOT been doing so well since I've been of f of myfitnesspal. I'm starting back to counting calories tomorrow. I am also going to start going to the gym on a more routine basis because right now it is rather inconsistent. My goal is to be at my goal weight by my birthday (April 16th). I can do it :-)

What will you reward yourself with when you reach your goal
I'm really struggling these last two weeks. I'm maintaining but not losing anything :-( My diet has been pretty good but I've really slacked off on my work outs. So, when I reach my goal weight, I'd like to reward myself with something. What should it be??

Not going to sacrifice family time for exercise!

Ate too much today!

Ok, so I've done REALLY well eating today AND I burned 1800 calories playing tennis yesterday AND we had no ac for the first day of school. So, should I do my 35 minutes cardio workout? I'm tired and would really just like to relax tonight. I'm also down a pound from last week :-)

Lost first two pounds!
Well, I've lost two pounds since Tuesday :-) I guess I've done OK for the first few days. Tomorrow I start a new exercise regime. I had a moment today where I really wanted to let myself go, but I didn't!
