Haven't logged on here in about a week and half!

OK, so I've NOT been counting my calories on MFP over the last week and half and it's funny how the scale hasn't budged since then! Also, went to my parents for the holiday weekend, and I ate more junk food in a weekend than I have in months!


So, starting back tomorrow logging what I eat :-) It helps keep me honest and it keeps the scale moving in the right direction. My goal is to be under 170 by October 1 (that's about 3.5-4 pounds).
