Proud of myself AND my husband!

Despite really not wanting to work out tonight, I did and it's actually a funny story really. My husband has seen me doing my at home work out program and he's been very curious about it in general. We didn't get to play tennis today because it rained so he said he has some nervous energy pent up and asked if he could do my workout program. I started showing him some of the moves, and then figured I'd might as well finish the rest of my workout. I feel great!
He just told me he's going in there in a little while to work out! I thought that was so funny! I never thought he'd do it. He's in great cardio shape but needs to build some muscles (I've got more than him!!) so I'm encouraged to see him try out my program.
