What do 'you' consider as heavy?
I have read a few posts about heavy lifting and a few comments about certains weights not being "heavy" although to the person doing them, they are. I currently lift 30kg (66lbs) I am a 5ft 2, 122lb woman... So in YOUR opinion what would you class as heavy? What do you lift and what are your stats?
