Currently I have 200ml smoothie every morning, Innocent Mango and Passion fruit Smoothie which is 112 cals. If I were to make smoothies myself how would I work out the calories and other information?

I usually just input the ingredients I use seperately. For example I measure how much fruit, milk, yogurt, etc that I put in the blender and log it. I'd be curious to see if anyone else has a different way.0

I will input each element separately too, however if I find one I like, I'll save the recipe so I don't have to input each ingredient, and I'll just keep the size consistent.0
