A bad few days!!!

Seriously, yesterday I had a can of beer, Quesadilla (sp) chocolate and fairy cakes! The day before I had cake batter and icing from the bowl!!

And guess what... I feel great! LOL.

Thanks MFP for giving me a healthier view on food and "dieting" before I would have felt so guilty and fat for over indulging and probably ended up having a bad week, then a bad month etc... But actually, I woke up today and felt really good! I am pleased I gave in to my cravings and enjoyed them. I know I can eat well and have treats now and then. No more hard core dieting and denying myself of the things I enjoy, then feeling bad for thinking I have done wrong when eating one square of chocolate!

    Gotta like that! Somedays are cake and frosting days and somedays are apple and carrot days. So many people turn food into the "enemy" and spend way too much time thinking about it.
