Scared about going on holiday LOL...

OK, so I started eating healthier and getting fit for two reasons...

1. My first abroad holiday in 14 years and after having two children my body was most definitely not one to be seen in any form of swimwear LOL

2. My health. I have stage 3 kidney disease which has resulted in high blood pressure which I take medication for, it has also increased my cholesterol, again on medication for. This puts me at an increased risk of heart disease in the future. I was not massively over weight before. I started at 143lbs (I am 5ft2)

I know I will not change my health conditions but I also know a healthy diet and exercise can only be a benefit.

One of my worries is, in June when we go on our 2 week all inclusive holiday... I am worried I will slip back in to bad eating habits or put on loads of weight and feel all my hard work as been for nothing... How do you "prepare" for going on holiday knowing there will be "bad" foods and probably quite a bit of alcohol?
