Please can someone un-confuse me?
I have added the sugar thingy back on my food diary in order to keep a better track of it. It says my goal is 26 however with the smoothie, banana, tomato soup and orange juice it put it right up to 78... I know I had Muller Crunch Corner, not my best choice.
So can someone please shed some light on this sugar business please, please, please...
Thank you.

Sugar is fine - but best consumed post-workout. Don't worry about the MFP recommendations of Protein/Carb/Fat/Sugar/Fibre....0

I just keep carbs in check and don't worry about sugar. My carbs are set a little lower than MFP's default (40% I think?) and since sugar is a subset of carbs I don't track sugar separately.0
