What is YOUR workout routine?

This is mainly aimed at the ladies, but will also be helpful to hear from the men as well (for DH)
I am just wondering what you do to workout, especially the tum, leg and bum areas... I am actually quite happy with my overall size now, just really want to tone up all them jiggly bits now. Beach hol in 97 days and counting LOL!
At the gym I go to the fitness guy said to do a 10 min warm up on the bike, then go straight to the weights first, then finish off with a cardio workout.
What advice would you offer me. I have a small set of weights at home only 1, 2, 3lb and also 5lb ankle weights. I have a spare 1-2 hours on a Tuesday morning, Thursday evening, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Monday and Wednesday I go to the gym. Oh and the days I have spare I have to stay indors as these are the time little one is napping.
