Who goes by the BMR?
My BMR x 1.2 = 2089.55 THERE IS NO WAY I can eat that BEFORE exercise cals are added.. I hit 1500-1800 a day even with exercise all day.. Do you think your bmr cals are important to hit?

bad knees (dislocate a lot)&pinched Sciatic Nerve!
I find it so hard to do a lot of the workouts others do, as I can't really put weight on my knees (ie:kneeling at all) without them locking/dislocating and it's very painful for me to straighten them back right after that. NEW GOAL FOR MY WEEK :)
I started with a calorie burning goal - but unfortunately twisting my ankle today has made that hard as I couldn't work out at all (It still hurts to put pressure on it) SO my new goal is to eat ALL my fiber, EVERYDAY. So - all day - REDICULAS bad cramps. I couldn't work-out nearly as much as I wanted to. Slept a lot, and stayed in pain, all day long. What do you do when this happens?

Do you think you can do too much exercise?
Just a general question - looking for personal opinions not negative rants / harsh responses! If you think of the biggest loser and such, they work out 5-6 HOURS a day, minimum. Where most people do 1 hour or so.. Do you think you can do to much exercise?

Motivation that only lasts a day..
This always happens, my motivation seriously only lasts a day - two days max. Then I say I can't do it. Then I spend a week depressed about what I look like and how I feel. Does anyone else have this problem ?
